Uncertainty and mystery are energies of life. Don't let them scare you unduly, for they keep boredom at bay and spark creativity. ~Fitzherny

For new, emerging and established artists in all disciplines, and those interested in the creative life. Explore yogic practices to help remove obstacles, uncover deep source material and engender stability around your creative work. Investigate movement, stillness, sound, constructing and de-conditioning. Yoga experience not necessary; curiosity, courage and uncertainty are.

This class is perfectly suited for anyone who is interested in self-exploration and recharging creative energies. I would very much like to see a continuation of this class in the near future! ~Kari Ridge

In the spirit of inquiry we will focus on connections between creating and yoga including: allowing intention to arise, anchoring our resolution, coping with disturbances, and integrating the will. A combination of experiential arts activities, lecture and discussion will be used to develop personal understanding for future application of material in your life. There will be time after the workshop for informal socializing and sharing.

Wear comfortable clothes for moving and sitting All yoga supplies and art materials, as well as snacks, provided Detailed list of what to bring and travel directions will be sent once you have registered

The workshop on Yoga and Creativity was one of those rare experiences where I got more than I bargained on. I would have been satisfied to do some poses, listen to some music and feel artistic. Following class, I experienced a pulsating sensation wave throughout my entire body. I can't quite describe it because I never experienced it in 15 years of doing yoga. I know it had something to do with the strength, playfulness and clear intention of your teaching. She's done her homework as an actress, an educator and a yogini. ~Suzy Polucci
