Yoga for Creativity combines yoga and expressive arts to offer a creative outlet for established, emerging artists; as well as those interested in stepping up their creative approach to life's challenges. The program was designed to optimize energy flow and hone your intuition for your creative endeavors.
In a Yoga for Creativity session, tension is released as you move through guided, basic yoga breathing and postures. Yogic practices engender clarity of thought, improved functional movement, and deepen awareness. Chanting, basic meditation, and guided visualizations are often folded into this process, as well. As the mind becomes calm and receptive, you will find untapped reservoirs of energy and focus with which to achieve your creative goals. Exploring techniques from various artistic disciplines removes stagnation, ignites your potential, and feeds the imagination. This is time to play, release inhibition, and experience joy.

Yoga for Health helps you begin or refresh a yoga practice. Yoga for Health sessions are crafted to support your personal goals whether it is stress management, sustained weight loss, relieving symptoms of depression, or simply to feel great. Recent studies demonstrate that specific sequences of yoga postures can decrease back pain, assist in weight loss, and improve one's sense of well-being.
Your needs and abilities are the primary focus as you are guided in the key elements to Yoga for Health: classical yoga postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), and deep relaxation.
