The different readings and focus helps me to see things from a new perspective by getting out of my comfort zone in a safe non-judgmental space. Learning more about the chakras and sources of different energies was so interesting.  The chanting was new to me - at once grounding, energizing, and opening. The small class size is perfect. I leave feeling myself but more-so.  Better prepared for creative endeavors at work or play.
~Maura B.

I found it amazing and exhilarating that when a project was first presented, I would have no idea how to start. Then Lisa would guide the creative energy thru meditation, chanting, and physical poses, the subconscious would move into the conscience and the art form would automatically express itself without effort.

Resolutions Workshop 2012

Sunday, January 8 from  2-5 PM
$40

at Living Room Yoga Studio

Give yourself the gift of inner peace

Through gentle yoga postures, guided visualizations, and breathing techniques we will nourish ourselves and welcome the natural quiet that comes with winter.  Approach the new year using creative inquiry, contemplative writing, and shared dialogue. Resolutions will support your health and inner peace as we move into the winter season, and the new year.

I posted my visual piece on my bedroom mirror and it has served as a reminder of what I want to move away from, and what to consider as tools to move forward with. You have wisdom and grace that I love to be around and inspires me to continue inner research and universal connection! Keep shining your beautiful light.

I found the Evening Study--Yamas to be one of the most insightful and enjoyable of all the yoga classes I have attended. This series taught me new perspectives along with new movements and written study materials. And, from the very first class, this series helped me to better achieve focus and to identify and change negative influences in my life. I feel more aware and more grounded in all facets of my life.
~Kari R.
