Bliss Yoga at the Leverett Public Library

Thursdays  4:45-5:45 PM
January 5- February 16 (7 week session) $77

Appropriate for the curious, and those returning to yoga. With an emphasis on relaxation, the fundamentals of a classical yoga practice including postures done in a safe and therapeutic manner, breathing exercises, will be covered. Please bring a blanket, and a yoga mat if you have one.

I'm really enjoying the yoga class. It is much more "gentle" than my
other class, which is very focused on getting the alignment just so. I like that, too, but it is more head than heart. Your instruction encourages a quiet centering and exploration of inner and subtle components that I find both informative and refreshing - I leave there feeling so high, alert and grounded at the same time. Thank you!
~Diana

Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the class. I've tried a little yoga here and there over the years but always found it difficult. Your way of teaching really helped me enjoy the class and still benefit from it. I think I've also begun to see a way of thinking that allows me to enjoy other forms of exercise in a way that keeps me from either feeling like I'm not succeeding at doing enough or from injuring myself by trying to do too much.
