Lisa's class is very personal and intimate, being in the lovely environment of her beautiful house. The yoga she teaches is gentle but very strengthening, and often includes information or postures that are new to me, even after years of yoga. There is always room for individual adjustments. I leave there feeling really great.

Right away I felt comfortable and helped by Lisa's clear instructions and careful hands-on guidance. It feels like Lisa has lived her practices for a long time and yet her guidance is fresh. Each class is different. I especially liked our Valentine class focusing on a warm love and care of oneself, the heart as our inner teacher. What not the brain? I love that.
